Return and Refund Policy

IWB Woodworks products are made with care and attention to detail. All products are inspected before they are mailed, delivered or picked up. 

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• All products can be eligible for a refund if there is a defect in the material or workmanship within 45 days of delivery
• Item must be return in new condition and package with care
• Please contact us at IWB_Woodworks@yahoo.com immediate if item arrived damaged.
• To process a return contact IWB_Woodworks@yahoo.com 
• Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis.
• IWB Woodworks is not responsible for neglect or misuse.
